DIPS: the group of the travelling kitchen! Alessandro and Walter are two young but expert and passionate connoisseurs of the universe of gastronomy. They shared quite a number of experiences and in the end they fully devoted themselves to their unquenchable desire for cooking.

Alessandro, photographer in his spare time, has been a cook in his space in Milan, the Boh Café,inspired by his philosophy according to which ‘feeding someone is a declaration of primordial love’!

Walter, creative and multi-faceted chef as well, takes care of interactive audio visual installations for museums and is especially involved in the management of the kitchens of the Castle of Malaspina at Brallo di Pregola, Pavia and earlier in those of Cargo High Tech in Milan. Together they found a balanced relation which enriches their autonomous competences and gives a special quality to each dish dressed with proverbial harmony and originality.

She has two complementary souls: The first one streactly connected with her roots from where she brings her deep knowledge of gastronomical glossary improved by her second additional inspiration source got from her international journeys giving her new taste suggestions! Everything is spice up with that pinch of culinary genius able to offer you an unexpected trip!

His first memories are deeply connected with his family's orchard and its authentic flavors of the earth and conscious relationship with the raw material, exalted by his natural vication for culinary art! His philosophy is awakening the feeling of pure plasure for healthy food, selected and cooked ethically in the name of quality & far from the homogenization of tastes!
