He took his first steps in the kitchen where he absorbed the repertoire of scents/flavours and techniques of execution from his father, a long time cook who taught him the essential elements of gastronomy. He later followed his older sister, a vanguard chef who introduced him to the gourmet kitchen.

Today Salvatore has started his culinary process which led him to open a blog where he tells the story of the recipes he submits as a personal chef during special nights when he pleases his guests with spectacular dishes which respect the tradition and reaveal especially a great talent for experimenting.

She is a young woman, determined and passionate, who has trusted her spurring vocation for food and everything which is concerned with it. She was first inspired by the very first page of “Kitchen" by Banana Yoshimoto, by Banana’s primordial love for the kitchen as a symbolic and evocative space. Her greatest ambition today is following her instinctive talent and sophisticated taste to make herself and her many guests happy and full of…love!

She has a blog ‘partenopeat’ where she reveals tricks and ‘secret doors’ to get to the realization of delicious dishes of Neapolitan tradition which she reinterprets by the international experiences she has always been through. She works as a personal chef during events and special nights and also as a ‘Special guest’ in her intimate ‘Kitchen’ in her gorgeous house in Posillipo when she herself organizes parties and memorable social dinners.

Cecilia is our "Fairy in the Kitchen": she is able to turn every meal into a magical experience as a spell vanishing just when you taste the last savory bite! The ("Silver") Spoon is her "compass" by which she holds together gastronomic tradition and it works as her "baton"with which she orchestrates the cooking classes hosted in her high-tech kitchen!

Her vocation, consacrated to supreme quality of good food, has not geografical confines nor mental limits, indeed she ranges throughout heterogeneous techniques & gastronomic cultures, adding her refined touch that transforms every special event into a "culinary fairy-tale"!

Vincent Bruder is a young chef from German, citizen of the world with a strong passion for goog & unusual food! In Berlin he worked in some of best restaurants in the city and then he started his international culinary journay looking for new stimulating gastronomic adventures: from Europe to South-East Asia! In Bangckok he discovered the precious & stratified world of the oriental food culture between ancien traditions and an experimental way of cookyng. This experience improved his professional life and left a mark on his modus operandi behind the store! Today he lives in Naples where he offers to neapoltan tables the exotic suggestions he took from the best gourmet places he worked in Thailand!
